Refund policy

All products sold by The Tired Years are digital downloads — PDF guides and ebooks delivered instantly after purchase.

Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds after a download has been initiated. We understand that's a firm line, and we want to be honest about why it exists: unlike a physical book, there is no way to return something you've already received.

That said, we care about your experience. If something goes wrong — a file doesn't download, a format doesn't work on your device, or you feel the product wasn't what you expected — please reach out before assuming the door is closed. We will do everything reasonable to make it right, including troubleshooting delivery issues, providing an alternative file format, or offering a credit toward another title.

If you have not yet downloaded your file and wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
